The sub-system at the heart of Smart Sentry Vehicle is a purpose-built control unit housing an Arduino microcontroller, a high-power relay block, and a fused auxiliary power link. Every component is selected for reliability in continuous outdoor deployment and fully annotated for client and technical-team transparency.
To transform the standard platform into an intelligent deterrent, we designed and integrated a sophisticated custom sub-system. The control unit integrates long-range PIR (Passive Infrared) and Ultrasonic sensors to monitor a 360° zone around the vehicle. The specialised edge logic distinguishes between environmental noise and validated threats with no cloud latency.
